Privacy Policy
INTLEACHT RESEARCH LIMITED (“Cúinse”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is registered in Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Irish data protection law.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
Account data
Name, email address, company name, and password hash — collected when you register.
Billing data
Payment is handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status only. We never see or store card numbers.
Usage data
Session counts, research question text, AI-generated responses, and report content you create inside the platform.
Technical data
IP address, browser type, and access timestamps logged by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel / Supabase) for security and debugging.
3. Why we process it

We do not use your research content to train AI models or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Sub-processors
We share personal data only with the following processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement:

Where data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active plus six years (Irish statutory limitation period). Research sessions and reports are deleted 30 days after account closure on request, or immediately on written request. Billing records are retained for seven years for tax compliance.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any right email info@cuinse.ie. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session authentication (via Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are privacy-preserving and cookieless.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always at cuinse.ie/privacy.
