What counts as a session?

One run of a research question (or discussion guide) against your chosen panel, or one round of a group panel session. Persistent conversations are separate and don't count against your session limit.

What are Group Panel Sessions?

A group session puts 5–10 personas in a room together. Each one sees what the others said before answering — so you get reactions, not just isolated answers. You can add follow-up questions and run as many rounds as you need, building a real back-and-forth over time.

What are Persistent Conversations?

One-on-one chats with any persona that persist across sessions. Pause today, come back next month — the persona remembers every question and answer. Ideal for tracking how your audience reacts to product changes over time.

Are these just ChatGPT characters?

No. Each persona is a research-grade document — demographics, behavioural traits, a Big Five personality profile, and a grounded life story — built to respond the way real Irish consumers talk, including disagreeing with you. You can also fork any persona and customise it for your specific niche.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — self-serve from Settings via the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then stops. Your data stays.

Do you replace real focus groups?
